More Intelligent Life: A poet’s guide to The Frick

This was a lovely commission: the chance to follow in the footsteps on one of my favourite poets, Don Paterson, on his visit to The Frick gallery in New York. Paterson wrote a beautiful piece about the gallery for the July/Aug issue of Intelligent Life. I took a tattered, torn out copy of his article with me when I went, to see if I found it to be the same.
